We make renting homes EZ.  We have homes in all areas in Memphis, Bartlett, Cordova, Lakeland, Germantown.  We also serve North Mississippi.  Our qualifications are EZ!  We don't care about your credit.  We understand in this difficult economy that your credit may not be perfect.  What you do have to prove is your income.  Stable income proves to us that you are a good candidate to rent one of our properties.  You must provide your last two paystubs. You can not be currently in a bankruptcy.  You can not have a history of multiple bankruptcies. We also check public records for past evictions.  You can not have a past eviction during the last 5 years.  We do back ground checks to verify any past felony convictions.  So don't let your credit get you down.  We can rent you a nice home in a safe neighborhood.
